The pdf references is not about Drake's making music with and for people of a younger audience. It's about 30+ (currently 37) yr old MAN consistently "befriending" teenage GIRLS. That kind of behavior to most people is suspect. Also the containers the two guys were dancing in front of seems to be a nod to human trafficking - another shot to Drake being a predator.
Tommy the Clown is a legend here in LA since forever. He's run hip-hop dancing classes, meets, and competitions for the kids and teens since the 90's to keep them off the streets to express some real creativity and belonging. That's why Kendrick honored him at the Pop Up show and now in the video since Tommy the Clown is a community hero because he is a hero. Just had to say that for folks reading this out loud but love the group and reaction!

There are numerous videos on RU-vid showing Drake hanging out at arcades places, kissing and making breast comments to an underage girl at his concert, etc… Looks real suspect for a grown man.
