I saw this performed at the Shenzhen Concert Hall. Really cool, creative stuff. Thanks for coming to the Sponge. (the nickname for Shenzhen - the city absorbs lots of people and lots of rain)

Great!!! Thank you, Franz! You became a discovery for me at the concert with Slobodan Trkulja. Thank you for sharing all these beautiful compositions at your channel.
I wish the world turns inside out - and such music would be promoted and people commonly would be listening. That would also change their sensivity and... long story short, everything else. Such a dream... This is gorgeous.
Yea, heard the Bach for sure! You should have a listen to Jacques Loussier, it's great, he adapted a lot of great baroque music as well as some chopin and other music to a more 'jazzy' style. I personally love it! Definitely on my playlist along your albums :)
Aside from the truly magnificent cooperative composition - the buildup in this piece, I love it. Working together with an experienced but classical/conventional sound designer on a project for which we listened a lot to this piece, I kept on having the feeling that (particularly without watching the picture) this mix is banking to the right channel. It kept bugging me, since studio-versions of it didn't have this character. We discussed an disagreed on the character of this mix multiple times. The mix sounds more like the way you would distribute it on local PA to build a well distributed stereo field, reflecting the stage set-up, then the way you would expect it to be without having the video - That was my thought. To this day I'm still wondering how this stereo-mix came to be. Was this a choice or an unsolved error, since the live recording and thus mix for the video wasn't main priority at the time?
One of the most interesting and creative jazz groups out there. Check out Franz von Chossy Trio....and earlier project, and one of my favs! GREAT stuff!
