Had the traki .i live in Raleigh nc on Verizon i got great cell service. The traci I'm not getting in to all details i can just say it's garbage. Does not work .the only thing I can say good is they did reimburse me for the monthly fees

great question! Because they are bluetooth devices that operate totally differently. Also, AirTags are VERY detectable - that is the reason they are only recommended for luggage, pets, keys, and belongings. Not to mention, they are not super accurate because they do not use GPS
