So strange thing. I mean Beckett is a detective but is too stupid or blind to get the double meaning of his comments (especially as he directly addresses it after the interrogation in which Beckett admits she remembers everything) or that he still is hurt by that? So not logical in my opinion. And given that she realizes he‘s hurt, she not asking him about, just shows how cold she really is.
This show is my FAVORITE show and seeing this I now understand why. Just amazing to see how what seems like a real world to me gets created so that I see it just how they meant
When I first watched this I was fascinated with how it all worked. 4 years and a TV Prod degree later, I'm still fascinated. Creating television is just absolutely magical
When I saw the scene when Beckett revealed she remembered the events of her getting shot. I thought to myself not only was Castle there at the right time, the right moment, now let me explain why I say that. She didn' tell Castle how she felt for the longest time when she says that she remembers, I felt the anger and sadness from Castle. Once Castle finds out, he not only has great play on words, he uses tone with those words to make her feel everything and realize her own true feelings.
Aaaarrgghh!!! So weird, uncomfortable etc. watching scenes like this now!!! I don't care for all the awkwardness, distance etc. It is crazy to think about this period in Caskett's history!! I'm up to S7 ep. 15 now and they're married!!! STROOOONG!!! In loooooooove!!!! Supportive of one another etc!!! But their journey has been veeeery veeeery rocky in the past - distant and recent but more so in the distant past! Just crazy!!! That's what I think of when I see scenes like this now!!
That's cause in the beginning of the show he says that goodnight is boring and dull, and untill tomorrow has hope, and promise. Him saying good night is him saying he doesn't think there is hope for them to get together, such a small detail but such a good one
Where was I when they shot this? This should be required viewing for anybody trying to build a world in TV, whether they be performers, Assistant Directors or Producers. These wonderful people always made my job easier.
Right in the goddam feels :( This entire episode was SO great and is by far my favorite together with 3x17 "Countdown" And the music just makes this scene even more sad than it is already. Nathan and Stana are so great!
