university portal says 3 weeks to process the application but the time has crossed in my case, can you please let me know how much time university of Auckland can take to process the applications at max?

Does the school provide cleaning service at the common spaces and toilets?

Our accommodation common areas and communal toilets are cleaned regularly. At Carlaw Park, the bathrooms and toilets are within the flats so students living there have to do the cleaning.
