In most Romance languages the word for bread it’s really similar to “pan”. In French the word for loaf is “Miche”. So in fact this is really a bread and chocolate

I think it’s challah. The dough looks enriched and I believe you’re rolling out the strands of a challah 😅. I made a sourdough challah with tangzong (a roux that’s used in Asia to make bread soft) and it was sooo good 😊
