Oh wow, I didn't think anyone would have taken a look at this lol. I made this years ago while learning the SNES architecture, and honestly, I got frustrated with it, so I dropped it.
Frustrated with the project, or just the SNES in general? I'm not a programmer myself, but I've heard the SNES is sort of annoying to work with in some regards.
@@kurobutt The SNES in general. I'm not a fan of programming the 5A22 processor (based on the 65816). It just feels like a 6502 (the NES' CPU was based on that) with 16-bit support tacked onto it, plus some extra instructions. Heck, you had to use a couple of CPU flags to switch between 8-bit and 16-bit modes for the general registers. Not fun IMO. I'm spoiled by the 68000 on the Genesis lol. The reason they went with that CPU was because they originally wanted to have backwards compatibility with the NES, and in fact the CPU starts off in 6502 mode on boot-up (SNES games had to tell the CPU to switch from it). Of course, that fell through, but I think it was too late to change the CPU, because the hardware was designed around it already.

this would be almost impossible to make a new super Nintendo game to launch the game and make the cover for it and almost impossible to play it that's why it wouldn't even be licensed by Nintendo that unfortunately they won't make this game but only with new games like Nintendo switch
@@kurobutt I'm 30 years old and I'm autistic and we have the game Speedy Gonzales Los Gatos Bandidos for Super Nintendo and it only has an American version and they will have to release his game in the European version and Japanese version without paying for copyright, and a person will have to ask for authorization, without permission it is an illegal copy and I really like the guy named jammin sam miller
How do I enable the voice pack? I placed them inside the dynos/audio folder in my us_pc build. They are there, but for some reason they’re in the model packs in the dynos menu. I tried everything, renaming the text files, renaming the audio files even. Nothing’s working. What do I do?
