I will never ever forgive the NZ Members of Parliament & never forget all the wonderful brave courageous people who stood up to the tyranny of the NZ manadates.
All this talk about Māori being great sailors, why then did they not sail, backwards and forwards to their homelands? It took Captain Cook 500 years later to tell their people just how far they had got.
Beautiful, and thanks for posting. FYI, the joined up W shapes are generally considered to represent sound / music (in South American carvings), and often accompany images of people dancing.
Be careful. Don´t leave any belongings in your car. The site is off the main road which gives the maoris from Murupara enough time to break into your car to steal what you have.
Its hard to comprehend by this video alone just how massive this gathering was. I was there in the following week, the village spread for several city blocks. Beautiful display of unity.
If you have seen how nature produces, with extraordinary uniformity the hexagonal volcanic extrusions, there is probably an explanation for this feature which is entirely natural.
I can remember in the 1950s when the first scientific paper was written about these carvings, I am not sure how the study came to be in our house but I know my mother used to do stenography and type up reports foe some FRI scientists and she many have been involved that way.
Thanks for the video, I doubt that I'll get there to see them myself. The music was rather loud though, had to turn it down, then up again to hear you. It's a shame that you finished on that face carving as, going by the style and crispness of the edges it's a much later addition.
As is this....... News 24 headline: "Shock over Maori infant brutality" They have been scalded, burned with cigarettes, raped, had bones broken and been beaten unconscious, sometimes to death. Horrific cases of Maori youngsters - some under two years of age - being tortured, abused and KILLED BY MEMBERS OF THEIR OWN FAMILIES Among the grisly headlines that have dominated the nation's media over recent weeks are stories of a 28-month-old Maori girl in a coma after suffering severe head injuries, a broken arm, cuts, bruises and cigarette burns over most of her body. The toddler's 52-year-old grandmother was being held in prison on assault charges. Police in the central North Island town of Carterton are investigating the death a week ago of 23-month-old Maori girl Hinewaoriki Karaitiana-Matiaha who was sexually abused, scalded with hot liquid and beaten before being taken to hospital by relatives. The child, who was put in the care of her grandmother by the Child, Youth and Family Service after consultations with the toddler's family just short of her second birthday, was dead on arrival at Masterton Hospital late on Sunday, July 23. And last week, a coroner in the east coast town of Tauranga found that two-month-old Marcus Te Hira Grey died from a brain haemorrhage following a severe beating by his father. These cases follow the recent release of a report into the gruesome killing last April of four-year-old James Whakaruru, beaten to death by his stepfather for failing to call him Dad. The stepfather had been jailed once for assaulting the boy, but the youngster endured a lifetime of horrific beatings, despite being under the eye of various child welfare agencies, and his hellish existence went unnoticed. The proportion of extreme cases of brutality towards children among the Maori population - which makes up about 15 percent of New Zealand's 3.8 million citizens - is far higher than for any other ethnic group.
Rock carvings are generally made by stone age people. These stone age Maori were basically violent tribal savages. Their motto was to "eat thy neighbour" & not "love thy neighbour"! They practiced "cannibalism". Nothing of interest to note here. 🧐
Firmly believe there is an orchestrated decision to hide, conceal and cloud any opinion or evidence that may point to pre Maori settlement in New Zealand. Academia is complicit in this negative approach as it does not fit the accepted narrative. Wait for it...where is your evidence, can see it coming.
I would ask the evil woman what did she do with all our tax money over 6yrs she fixed nothing helped no one she sold our country to china thats why national are trying to save what left of what we have left.
Looking at the waka on the rock suggests to me that no matter where it came from it wasn't that far away no sail no double hull and old mate at the end looks like he was the poster child for the troll movie
To have a relationship with the whenua or land yet not to seek to understand its mysteries is a diversion of our attention. Its not what we find that matters...but that we can seek frrely.
committed an act of war against peaceful protesters in a land the goveernment say Stands for peace globally, using weapons and harming these private peoples rights
If someone can provide a serious reason for an excavation, maybe we'd get one. So far, there have been 0 logical reasons to dig up this admittedly cool, rock formation.
It’s in poor condition, but gives some commentary on the site and includes a photo of Dr Peter Buck and other men working on the excavation - photo dated 1926.
WOW, such a pity that it hasn't been investigated more. I'm definitely going to research Dr Peter Buck - looks like an interesting guy, well educated and knowledgeable. Thanks for posting this video - it's such interesting stuff.@@john_mills_nz
I visited an Olmec ruin in central America recently the on-site guide was telling me that they now think the Olmec were the same as the aboriginal people of Australia no bones have been found yet but the facial features of the basalt rock head carvings are the same 1000s of years before the Mayans. The Mayans built over most of the ancient Olmec cities....they only just found out that the famous Mayan calendar is actually Olmec.
This is just more evidence of the once great continent of MU. When MU finally sunk after a huge cataclysm the remaining people escaped on large canoes to the outer edges of the pacific. Hence we are discovering Polynesian DNA from South America all the way to the Philippines and Japan. Well I think it makes sense as more and more evidence starts emerging
No, that is a made up fantasy story. There was no mu, there is no Polynesian dna in South America. Polynesian ancestry is from the western pacific, then Samoa/Tonga is the homeland of Polynesians

The spiral is one of the most common patterns used by many cultures all over the world. Also who says it isn't a simplified version of a different pattern. There are curved and circular patterns in Maori are. Why look on the other side of the world to identify them? The only reason I can think of is if you are desperately trying to make a spurious link between the Maori and early Irish cultures. As for the design of the boats, they strongly resemble traditional Maori ones.
This all took place because the smiling assassin was displaying her "kindness" to the public of New Zealand. Is it any wonder that no-one has any respect for the NZ Police today?
I would now trust a gang member more than I trust a police officer. Shame on the police. They are helping to create a world of slavery with no more rights or freedoms.
