Good video! CERT is a great program. I encourage people to take the course and obtain their ham license too. Ham radio can play a big part in communications. Here in Oklahoma ham are the often the eyes for severe weather that produces tornadoes. Info is passed to local emergency management and the National Weather Service. I stress this in all of my classes and videos.
