Is it really possible that this little fellow flies so steadily? Or is it through video stabilization? I would be grateful if you filmed a review and assembly of the little thing! I'm subscribed!!
Any tips on how you are able to do power loops and flips and keep ur quad in the air? I feel like mine falls out of the sky instantly when I do flips. I have betaflight 18.5k on my meteor and not the 22.5ks… Skill issue im sure but any tips appreciated!
How to do power loop with tinywhoop? When I try, I feel that I have to low power and I also have prop wash or something like this when I lose control and the drone goes where it likes?
Hello, Apparently I will have to do a mini interview with you, because... a lot of questions. If you allow me. 1. By settings: What is your camera angle? As I understand it, it is about 10 degrees and your style clearly indicates that it should not be more. 2. Power level. With the gas pedal closed at 100%, I feel very uncomfortable in the room, especially with such a camera angle. 3. Your movements. They are reminiscent of breakdancing and I notice them very often among freestylers, it’s like you’re controlling it from the keyboard. How do you achieve this, do any settings help with this or is it just hours and hours of flight time? 4. Why don’t you use HD zero, for religious and stylistic reasons? 5. I saw your PID settings and they are radically different from what I have now. Does the PID affect anything if the drone otherwise behaves quite adequately. 6. Your rates are quite high. I'm now used to very low rates, because... I train tracks in velocidron, I think that this will help me progress faster and indeed, there is progress, but only on tracks where you need to move quickly and react. As soon as I try to switch to smooth, beautiful elements, everything collapses. I will be grateful for your answers. P.S. I consider your style and skill to be one of the best I have seen on RU-vid. And of course, great respect to your video-musical talent.
This is by far the longest comment I have ever received :) time to respond: 1. Camera angle - I use Goober Canopy from NewBeeDrone, and is something about 18-20 degrees? 10 degrees is very little, but it definitely helps to fly tiny whoop indoors. 2. Power level - I don't often use full throttle, mostly in powerloops or changing the direction of flight. 3. Movements - here everything depends on sticks control: manually. Maybe rates settings will help a little (lower settings), but ultimately everything is in your hands, it comes with fly time I think. 4. HD zero - If I add this system to my build, it will increase tiny whoop weight. I really like it when tiny whoop is seriously "tiny" - frame 65mm, lightweight and simple components (less damage, because I do a lot of crash). Analog transmission is enough, because for me: the fact of doing a clean trick or sequence of evolutions is more important than quality of their video :) 5. PID settings - I'm not an expert in this category, but different PID settings change how the drone responds to your movements. I have the high values, which in my opinion add some "stiffness" in flight. 6. In my experience, racing pilots always have much lower rates than freestyle pilots who need faster flips & rolls. My rate settings I have been raising step by step, more experience = needs faster movements. I fly mostly indoors, where I have limited room height - so I need fast rolls/flips, but a gentle start and middle (expo). You need to find the right one for you and your needs (racing: smaller values, freestyle: larger). It will be hard to find universal ones. I hope I helped a little, small tips and my point of view :) The most important thing is to... keep flying. Better 5 lipos every day for 10 days than 50 lipo in one day. Less changes, tunings, looking for & testing betaflight settings from others. Just keep flying! :)
Of course! I use Betaflight 3.5.7 and for 19-22Kkv I set up: Axis | P - I - D | FFWD ROLL | 105 - 110 - 105 | 140 PITCH | 105 - 110 - 105 | 140 YAW | 120 - 110 - 0 | 140 Also I add JESC on ESC 48Khz and that's all👌
Thank you for uploading. I've been watching all your videos. In tinywhoop freestyle you've the best style in how to take the whoop places.. Please do an o3 freestyle.. I'm dying to see this ❤❤❤
I really like your style over a few others I've seen and it would be amazing to see you freestyle a 85mm o3 like this and see how it handles it! <3 much love buddy!
The ligtest naked o3 whoop is 98g with battery Flywoo Flylens 75) So its 4x havier than the whoop in the video so it's physicaly impossible. The closest would be some whoop with walksnail mini 1s lite vtx
@@SmasherFPV23 no man not indoors and surely not the fly lens 75mm but maybe the flylens 85 with naked o3 or the mobula 8 o3 outdoors. I just like to see his style in HD :) FYI: i choose analog for the weight and even didn't choose HDZERO for now. I'll reconsider once I get better at indoor freestyle to see if even HDZERO can qualify. It might but requires more skill and stick time
