Very nice, I appreciate the info Jeff. Do you currently make any tiedown for the LX2610 Cab unit? My current LX Cab setup has the backhoe Sub Frame installed but I have not purchased the backhoe unit. I'm interested in any suggestions on how you would secure the rear with your products. Thanks, Dan 😊
Great inventions. A front 2” might be useful for running a winch for a variety of applications. I struggled with tie downs on my b2650. Ended up with some hooks on the inside of the frame basically, and the back is a shackle on the drawbar but it’s less than ideal
Thanks for the comment. We have had customers use winches with the 2" receivers and have used a winch mount adapter to plug into the receiver. Here is the concept. www.amazon.com/CURT-31010-Hitch-Mounted-Winch-Mount/dp/B001GMX3GE/ref=sr_1_10?crid=3AT7BDHNQCRW0&keywords=receiver+winch+mount&qid=1688070756&sprefix=receiver+winch%2Caps%2C164&sr=8-10&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.f5122f16-c3e8-4386-bf32-63e904010ad0
Great product. I have a suggestion (not a criticism) - it would be helpful if at the end of the video, you added a picture of the Work Boss and an attached loader, so that you can see the work boss doesn’t interfere with the loader operation. For someone visual like me (who tends to scroll through videos quickly and not listen carefully), this would catch my eye. I did hear you though mention that it doesn’t interfere :-) but sort of caught it randomly. Thanks!
Thank you! You are right we should have included that. The loader is actually installed on the tractor in the video but we forgot to lower it down and show the clearance from the loader cross tube to the work boss. I believe there is about 2" of clearance.
Just got mine in and installed...this is just what the doctor ordered for my 2501 kubota...it fits and works great...easy installation and loved that the mounting hardware was included...also a big shout out to good works tractor as well...
Good morning Jeff! I installed my Workmaster Plate and have been using it all weekend. Great mod for my LX2610! So helpful having grab hooks and trailer hitch now. Easy to install and the high quality is obvious. Thanks!! Two Thumbs up!
Just a friendly tip: The larger and wider washer will be better serving if placed between the nut and lock-washer rather than simply resting under the bolt head (unless you're using a major league impact-driver to tighten the nut LOL). It spreads the load on the underside, where any pull-through issues will be far greater. I made utility plates almost identical to the ones with chain hooks and D-rings 20 years ago (and use them for hundreds of jobs), and when the bucket is high, with heavy items being lifted, pulled on, or suspended, the tension is on the hooks, thus spread to the washer(s) and nut on the underside. Another option would be to include a matching 1/4" plate on the underside, thus spreading the load/footprint, and increasing the strength of the unit. You have a great looking line of products. Good luck with your endeavor.
We may start doing some R&D later this fall for footsteps for the subcompact tractors. As of right now we are super busy with our current bolt on product lineup. Thanks for the comment!
