Before you start it pump the throttle 3 times then start it.

I have a 03 if ur valves right in check then you shouldn’t have to do anything besides try to get it to tdc before you kick it

Once it’s running put into gear 3 and pull the clutch in whilst doing this hold the rev limiter then dump the clutch it will be very safe
