Honestly IDC as long as the games are good if you can make good story with trans non binary attack helicopters, I say go for it as long as is after thought of good story and gameplay.
I’m actually pretty excited for this too. I recently just bought Valhall and I’m enjoying it. This Is exactly what everyone’s been asking for is a assassin‘s Creed game that takes place in Japan.
@@Hoodblade dude there's nothing for you to clarification on to me I just feel like the hole woke vs anti-woke is overwhelming and exaggerated it's the same argument the same war as always and both sides want to be right and way even bought with this game nothing is going to change and every human being in the world have a different mindset you can't change that and there is some problem I do agree with about AC shadows like the Zoro sword, the clan flag and buildings in the game but the rest is unnecessary to be honest and I don't take sides with the left wing or the right wing I more middle of the pack of gray area

Didn't the main antagonist of AC2 plan to kill the Medici family who Ezio saved, while in real history, he was the one who protected them? Kinda far from accurate, don't you think? @@antelasic1950 You missed my point about the lore. When it comes to the historical liberties you described, those events all happened because they were cause by Templars. The Templar Order isn’t supposed to be accurate to real life. Yasuke being a samurai has nothing to do with Assassins, Templars, or Isu. Ubisoft made this decision to virtue signal.

Yes the templars were behind the plot to overthrow the Medici, but if that's the story you are writing, don't make the main antagonist (forgot the name, but the pope guy) the one who helped them irl. If that big of an inaccuracy can be justified with templars and assassin's, so can Yasuke. The assassin order was the one who influenced Nobunaga to make him a samurai. There, that's less of historical alteration then the example from AC2.

If the Assassins influenced Nobunaga to make Yasuke a samurai, that would certainly make more sense and fit the lore better, but they made him a samurai, not an Assassin. Yasuke being a historical liberty at the forefront of this game is also worlds different than a historical liberty with side characters within a game. They aren’t exactly comparable, especially considering we’ve never had a historical character as a protagonist before. It’s unprecedented.
That shit was definitely cringe, but if he really was a samurai and that’s actually what people did when samurais walked by, then it makes sense I suppose. I just don’t know if the whole bowing thing is realistic.
I think it would have been fine if they just went for a mix of traditional Japanese/African instruments/percussions on that already very african type drum beat they got goin, so it's kinda like a blend of two worlds of Yasuke being an African, while also inheriting the Japanese culture/Samurai stuff, but instead...they go lean into this stereotype that if it's a black character, just slap on an 808's trap drum kit and call it a day because *every* black character regardless where they come from should have a modern trap beat as their theme 💀. And also, for the people saying it's not hip-hop...trap is hip-hop. That's like saying Cannibal Corpse is not considered Metal because they are in a subgenre called Death Metal lol.

I believe yasuke is supposed to start off as a Templar, but still, you do have a point. We all know the reason ubisoft did this is for their diversity quota.
Hey buddy, instead of being mad because the game isn’t a cLaSsIc AsSaSsInS cReEd Ga Me and a "dei mess" focus more on getting a higher quality computer and stop hating on the game before it’s even out and just finding any stupid excuse to hate on the game, you were literally mad about shadows and the graphics aren’t bad like I said your computers just ass so go work at McDonald’s until you can get a computer that at least doesn’t almost explodes when you play Tetris on it and stop hating on a game that has so much potential and hasn’t even come out yet and one more thing, your literally hating on 13 minutes of game play and I bet you think that’s all you need to see but I guess when one thing is bad the whole game is bad.
I think I’ll focus on whatever I feel like and I’ll continue hating on bad content that is created for sociopolitical and corporate reasons rather than passion. This aggressive determination to simp for Ubisoft demonstrates exactly why this video needed to be made.

Another thing I understand you feel the way you do about the storyline... the fact is the story of Assassins, Templars, and the ancients storyline ended in a book instead of telling it in their game. So that's why we will continue to keep getting glitches( like AC Mirage) instead of how the fight for the pieces of eden and control ends. They. Won't. Go. Back!!
