If those implants arent given time to heal they will start to move and the gums change in a few months.. i had my implants in last month but they will not be healed enough to take the teeth for at least 3/4 months.

I’m suspecting this place is a scam. They won’t really answer any questions regarding warranty work. I had a couple of implant failures, but they don’t want to talk about fixing them. I can’t get any specific answers at all.

If done correctly I've hear they can last like 40 years. You still have to take care just like other teeth, and maybe even special attention to cleaning it. If done poorly it can destroy your tooth, and possibly the ones next to it. Don't get one unless you really need one, and if you do, make dam sure your dentist does it correctly.
