Some handlings up at the market. I mind of an old man Cully from over by kells. He caught two young chaps probably 15 or 16 stealing fruit of one of the stalls he grabbed one o them and the other one got away. He told the vegetable man what had happened and the man didn't know what to do. Cully lifted a turf spade and slapped the young fella across the arse and legs. I mind my da saying to me "c'mon we're getting out if here."
