They are my best rock band ❤ Taka vocals is insane. You should check their live concert is better even than studio recording 😊 “We are” “Take what you want “ “Clock strike “ Japan Dome tour
When you said "white elite" music... not sure what you meant. Skin colour has nothing to do with musical talent. We see it here. In fact, as far as I can remember, and I'm getting old, most of the great rock bands were white. That music has endured. I doubt rap will, or much else of today's mainstream music.
Dire Straits with Mark Knopfler (songwriter, guitarist, singer) are one of the most successful bands of all time! Not knowing them is like not knowing who the Beatles were. You've got a wonderful journey ahead of you, catching up on the greatest music of all time. Enjoy! 💯🎸✍️🎶🙏
The Beatles wrote and recorded around 200 songs between 1962 and 1970. They are still more a half century later, the most influential musical entity that ever existed. They were a global phenomenon unlike anything before or since. You'd have to take Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and Taylor Swift all together and multiply it times a thousand to even begin to understand what immense legends they were in their time. Listening to one verse and one chorus of one song gives you pretty much no idea whatsoever about what their music was like, especially what it was like at the time because again and again, the music they released was revolutionary. When they exploded onto the world, they were so unlike anything that anyone had ever heard or seen, that it was literally like they were something from another planet. They were absolutely that unique. And they influenced everything that came after. They changed the way people looked, the way they dressed, the way they thought about things. They introduced an expansion of consciousness on the world. No one today has anything to relate it to except maybe computers and smartphones. They were like THAT in how different everything became after they came along. Listening to the Beatles is an entire musical education all by itself, and if there are any musicians out there that you appreciate, I guarantee you that they are Beatles fans. Cheers!
Thank you for your reaction. On a different day from this,BE: FIRST performed this Masterplan at the 29th song in the Dome performances. They were not out of breath at all, they were singing perfectly and dancing hard. I was fortunate to be able to see the performance of Masterplan three times. The audience who watched it at that time were overwhelmed by their performance. I was so excited that I had almost no memory, but I remember that their last silent choleograph was as beautiful as a cherry tree in the MV of Masterplan .I feel their determination and passion🔥They are amazing!I think everyone should go to their live show.
Awom, this song is about a band - "The Sultans of Swing", that Mark (red jacket) heard south of the River Thames in London. He met the guitarists Harry and George. Mark is playing a a banjo style called "ckickin' pickin". Glad you enjoyed it, I subscribed.
Well, the Beatles didn't have much to do with hip hop/rap... That only started about 10, 15 years later. There is one track, that is relevant to hip hop, the Beatles classic from 1966 "Tomorrow never knows", in which they used samples and loops for the first time in rock and pop. "Across the universe" is just one example of the Beatles sound, because they tried their hand at 15+ genres, most time extraordinary good and interesting, one aspect among many others, which has made them extremely influential and successful to this day.
