Idk if it's just the camera but it looks like you are on ice the entire run. I know nothing of drag racing, let alone the Bonneville course, does it make the car feel as vague as it looks?
It was very slippery because the salt was very wet from rain 6 days earlier. Had I known track conditions I would have never gone out. I blame the organizers for poor communications, and their unwillingness to cancel the event and offer refunds.
Not very much fun, but I've been through worse conditions. The rut on the course grabbed my front right wheel and wouldn't let go, so I was along for the ride at that point. I've spun cars many times in my years of racing...this was the first time at 125 mph! No problem. Car is fine. We'll be back next year. Thanks for watching!
