Paul is almost like an Activist investor however, he does not much influence company decisions (or he might I don't know), He comes early, discloses the interview and stake in the company, waits around for the market to recognize it, and boom there he hits the jackpot in the bottom of the lake where not much competition exists. It's definitely a good strategy, but it is a little scary because not all companies can scale up and there is a risk of opportunity cost there, but maybe it's better to jump in and find out than wait for perfect salmon.
i'm confused why does share count matter? even if there's way more shares than revenue, the shares are cheaper so you just own way more shares, i would think it just matters what % of shares you own as you'll get that % of profit return. the only thing that i can see that matters is if they are constantly issuing new shares. can someone correct me please?
At some point Guardforce stock price will turn around, it has to coincide with money flow into small caps. When this happens you have a 5x return. Profitability must be paramount, seeing they had the extra cash injection and paid down debt. There really needs to be a quick turnaround to prove concept. Noted wastage on obsolete assets…
Too many investors bury themselves in numbers. It's mostly white noise, distracting and misleading. As the old saying goes, 'they don't see the wood for the trees'. I wonder how many people will change the way that they invest after listening to this.
This is an absolutely great discussion for those newer to trading micro-caps.. touches on psychological and technical aspects. Amazing it only has around 100 views.
They literally use actual "skittles" and "starbust" candy, why can't he just say that? What they need to do is come out with an official partnership with Mars instead of using their product without permission.
@@fanban2926they did I bought a bag a while ago and the spheres had the little Skittles S on them. Now they have squares, that taste similar but are not as good.
I would like to know why they started using knock off candy from China instead of Real US made items from mars. I want real skittles, which is how Sow Good started making their products, not their fake skittles taste like they came out of a garbage can. GROSS!
The company failed to release its 2023 annual report and Q1 2024 report. It received a warning from the exchange it is not complying with listing regulations.
Yes, but this company had the same delay the year prior. Also, this year alone saw the most publicly traded companies delay their annual reports. Its not uncommon nor do I feel there is anything to worry about. It looks like they going through a full audit, which is only good for shareholders. I believe they have good internal controls based on their audit committee policies.
Nice talk. Always love hearing from Josh. There are so few in this space and the talking heads on TV really do not get the oil markets anywhere near the depth that Josh and Bison do.
