Nice house but for that price I would expect better custom shelves and drawers in pantry, and bedrooms. That’s cheap carpenters shelving made and sprayed on site. Appliances should be Wolf, Subzero or equivalent. Upstairs laundry is smart, needs a pocket door Into the big bedroom for easy access to closet. Need folding area in laundry. Countertops should be better than quartz, like Carerra marble or expensive granite. Otherwise very nice transitional look.
Years ago, those homes were fields just starting to be developed. Passed by them on my back route to work. It doesn’t show, but the home is very walkable to good restaurants, a couple of breakfast spots, quality Preschool and more. I know that is a chunk of change, but the home and neighborhood will only appreciate. My wife and I live in Cotswold and our home has appreciated 350% over the span of 23 years.
This is what’s wrong with Charlotte. $1.6M for a home surrounded by low income housing (clearly visible in beginning drone footage). And people pay this much for this, and more.
This is a masterpiece of a home, and the location is perfect. Every space has excellent sizing and comfort. I did have a little difficulty with the flow of the house. I would have loved to have seen or reviewed the floor plan of each level. I can appreciate the different focal points. I look forward to seeing more homes on your channel.
The only thing i didnt like is how close it is to the neighbors. That second primary bathroom is amazing but wouldn't be able to enjoy the tub with the windows giving full view to neighbors. I wished it was surrounded by trees ir spaced out some more

@@roderickstephenllc You welcome. Yes, I have many family in that area, mostly Iredell Co. I had salons n worked many between Statesville, Cornelius and Charlotte, grown lots since moving back to WV. Grown like crazy.. I’m pleased with the mountains of WV where I call home again, more calming, but definitely lack diversity.

A critique from me...tone down the background music just a bit, but not while it's actually in the background. The transitionary periods between you talking are what I mean here. While you're talking it's fine but it ramps up quite a bit when you aren't :). My two cents. But to be fair this is the first one I've watched so maybe this doesn't happen in other vids. Subbed, love the tour, the information given is presented well, amazing house.

It's why I, and most creators, try to preview different homes and styles at different price points around the cities and states where we work. What you dislike might be someone else's dream home. Lovely home. The only thing I would change is all of the gold finishings to chrome/silver, switch out a couple of the light fixtures, and add an elevator, threater room, gym, sauna and move the AC unit, placing housing around it. I would probably switch out the wood later down the line.

It has definitely been a rough decade. With what they've done this offseason, there's a small sliver of hope. Maybe Bryce has more time this year to actually get the ball downfield instead of running for his life. Only time will tell. Thanks for watching!
