Very nicely explained sir. My father has a decompensated cirrhosis with varices, ascites, encephalopathy in past. First Diagnosed in 2015. He has left alcohol completely since 2015, mainatining his weight at around 70-72kgs, Taking care of his diet. Now with god's grace he is doing well and is stable but latest fibroscan score is 25.5 kpa.. He is on various medication like cardivas and adjusted diabetic medicines. Fortunately we got Dr SK Sarin sir, ILBS Delhi from the inception and he handled him very well. I am hoping to see some regeneration in his liver by now.. What do you say sir about the regeneration of liver cells if patient shows his day to day life almost normal so far. My father is 69 now. Waiting to hear something from you sir. He is doing well as he is NASH related cirrhosis. Patients do very well if cause is treated and pt is taking good care of himself. Cont the medicines well done.
