If you're worrying about something being too expensive, then you're not ready for PvP. Go grow your economy and come back when you have at least 200m to spare for training. You are going to need months of training to get barely good with this build.
What are your thoughts about assassin jacket with infernal shield instead of mage robe, is the damage hit on leather too much to make it viable or do you just prefer the higher dps?
Why would you use an assassin jacket for? Brawling? This isn't a brawling weapon. It's an execution weapon made for ganking. You need very high DPS. You also need to ambush your enemies by surprise and delete them in one engage to have success because everything counters you.
