Great video! I’ve seen several box openings on RU-vid, but kept checking back for yours! I love this set too! My favorite legendaries are Prince Naveen and Arthur! But my favorite non legendaries are Ever As Before, Belle of the Ball, Kuzco and Scrooge McDuck. They’re all in Sapphire and I think they are all very playable cards! Maybe I should start playing Sapphire? :)

😊 I didn't order any ahead of time because everything was so readily available last set and when I went to my LGS they had sold out almost immediately. Kind of sad

That Stitch centering is terrible lol. No idea why they gave that a 10 and the Elsa a 9. Honestly the Stitch should be a 9 at most with the centering that off
@@Smash_Bro I agree 100% I thought Elsa would be a 10 and Stitch an 8/9 at best. The whole grading thing is just a toss up. I like that it protects the cards and keeps em safe, but the grades are just all over the place.
My daughter randomly wanted to start to collecting Lorcana a few weeks ago (even though I said about it when it first released!) so we started on Floodborn. She’s been super lucky and has pulled 2 enchanted so far (shere khan and Narmaari). We’re both about 25 cards away from completing the 204 set so still going for Floodborn until we do.
@@Ewok8080 that’s awesome that your daughter wanted to get into it. I’m working hard to keep my son interested, but he’s definitely leaning more towards Pokemon. Hopefully you’re able to find Floodborn near you for good prices. My town has dried up on Floodborn :(

@@Jaffeneq if you’re wanting to start playing, you can actually find some good pre-made decks on tcgplayer. The Disney Lorcana Gateway box (video dropping today) just released and gives you 2 decks and thorough instructions on how to play. I think if you’re wanting to collect some key cards, I’d definitely seek those out VS opening countless boxes. I personally enjoy the nostalgia of opening packs and spending my “allowance” 😂
@@Jaffeneq another option is finding some of the Starter decks. They include one booster pack and a starter deck. Snag 2 of them so you can play someone and open 2 packs to see if it’s your thing. You can usually find the Starter Decks on sale for fairly cheap. I’ve seen people post them on clearance at their local Michael’s (craft store).
Rise of the Floodborn is one of my favorite chapters as well! I came across a slew of blister packs at Wal-Mart a while back. Only got a few. Went to get more and they were all gone in no time! Great video! Always look forward to your videos! :)

That foil Merlin you pulled was a great pull too. I think it goes for like $14. Maybe it’s me but I get excited on completing just a common set. By the way, thanks for the gateway update. I just went to target and grabbed it.

I had only ever pulled an Enchanted from Booster Boxes up until recently. I've still never hit one in at Trove! Congrats on a Starter Deck Enchanted pull, that's wild!
Awesome pulls buddy, I'm chasing that same enchanted. Congrats. Do you ever get ahold of the set promos? Like the regular common and uncommon cards with the promo symbol? I don't know where to find them since I don't really play the game yet
Thank you much! I am still shaking and pretty shocked about the pulls. I have gotten my hand on the Cinderella Promo and the Flotsam & Jetsam foil, but as far as the commons, I haven't had any luck. There are loads of them out there and can be bought/traded for. I think you can even search for them on tcgplayer.com There aren't any LGS hosting tournaments in my town, so I haven't had a chance to play or score promos that way.
I really appreciate the big response you have from getting those good hits! We celebrate big at home or at league too and it's nice seeing others match that energy 😆
I'm always in complete shock when I get a major pull, it's such a rewarding feeling. My 6 year old is the only one who might celebrate more than I do haha.

We ripped 4 packs up camping then 18 today of Pokemon. I'm starting to build some lorcana collection and want to build some decks to play you. And our dog's name is Bruno... You got one you needed 6 packs in.
Great video as always! Your experience with trading will be very interesting to watch. I'm always curious, how do you know the cards are not fake? Plenty of them on internet and it is scary for true collectors.
@Vikingowa1983 if there is a card I'm really wanting (Stitch Championship Promo or say Elsa Enchanted), I'll order a fake to compare it to. I'll show you what to look for when spotting fake cards when I finish the trade video 😀
Can’t wait to see the buy sell trade vid! Oof, I was not blessed with an enchanted for this set, but the Disney gods said, let’s bless her with a Legendary Diablo regular and cold foil! Lol. I have collected the full regular set, still working on the cold foil.
@alysodapop5214 dang, hopefully you score an Enchanted hit soon. That Diablo foil is a solid hit and is worth more than some of the Enchanted cards in the set. Congrats
Doing full sets Standard and Foil - Completed Standard and 38 short on completing the Foil master collection! (Not incl. Enchanteds, still need PLENTY of those!)

@djkiraa87 none of my local stores were hosting Lorcana nights. One recently started doing them on Wednesday evenings... which is the only night I work 😐 My wife doesn't play and the gone is a bit much for my 6 year old. Pixelborn was the only way I could play, and that got taken down 😔

So people also save boxes? What about those illumineer trove boxes or that gift set. Would you save that too? I’m considering buying that gift set but was planning to open it, now seeing this I realize why that gift set is set for $130 atm.
Chapter 1 Illumineers Troves are REALLY spendy and even the empty boxes were selling for upwards of $50. I'm not sure everything else will have the same draw (aside from Chapter 1 Booster Boxes). I keep my empty Trove boxes for storing extra cards, or as gifts for my friends who play.
