I was wondering the same thing... doesn't seem recent. I did some research about the girl interviewed towards the beginning of the video (Te Atahaia Bartlett), and based on how old she is now (34/35) and that she looks quite young and likely around the age of 18 when shown in the video. I'd say the video was recorded around 2007/2008, give or take a year.
