Great stuff! Though NPS isn't represented as a %, it is represented as a #. And I believe the formula needs to use parentheses around the subtraction part so that the order of operations is done correctly.

With all due respect - when a video is named "tips and tricks" - I expect a little more than the basics that anyone would figure out in a couple of minutes themselves through playing with it or by reading docs. There were no tricks here - at best maybe a tip or two.

Modifying the scripts include is not suggested, the SPEntryPage will redirect to the default portal in sp_portal, so you can just edit the sp_portal record tsp_portal to have Default=True
