From my own experience and observation , ranking the requirements from most important to least. These are the factors that help you seek a job abroad. 1. Relevant experience / expertise in field. 2. Being the "right person at the right time" for a company (your Luck) 3. Big or small Company with which you have experience 4. Your communication and presence of mind in interview (its 70%knowledge, 30% luck) 5. Professional Qualification / Higher degree 6.Linkedin Profile (How active you are and how must u post on LinkedIn) and Networking 7. Communication Skills 8. Other skills of Softwares / tools / computing etc 9. Reference in Company 10. Dropping CVs aimlessly.
Some observations from my own experience . I was engineer with a specialized expertise and overall experience of 12 years. I got hired online WITHOUT any reference. so i dont think reference is that important but having the right experience and expertise at the right moment (when companies need ) is much more important than dropping CVs here and there or references. Secondly, your communication skills are very important and yes by that i mean strong english linguistics and also ability to present yourself.
Do you think KSA will introduce visit to work conversion same as UAE any sooner? I think this will boost their economy but will ended up in a disaster what UAE experiencing now.
@@arslan_TM i dont think any time soon. They will now take lessons from Dubai. And moreover now Saudis are officially offended with pakistani beggars too.. so they will further restrict rather things now specially for Pakistanis.
