Do you enjoy being in the Air Force ? I’m praying to join by the beginning of 2025 but I need to lose weight. What’s some tips you’ll give to someone going in ? Workouts , etc ?
I do enjoy it, it’s the best branch out there! There’s a lot of tips i can give as far as going in but specifically working out i would run. Running is a big part during BMT and while you’re in. If you weren’t told you need to lose weight just go in, you WILL lose the weight i promise.
