Ask in global chat if anyone is willing to borrow you their vulture. Lots of money helpful souls out there.

Personal salvage missions has been nerfed heavily (can still do it with a Cutty Black in HRT bounty missions). But 1.3 mil is not hard to get. Just run bunkers and build that rep up. Loot guns out of the bunkers as well (taking down a 1SCU box helps a lot, just place backpacks in ship inventory and blow it up and tractor out the boxes). 100 - 200k/hr realistically.

You can always ask around on the server or your friends to borrow thier vulture, i have given mine to multiple people.

@@arshvimal4780 You used to be able to steal an NPC vulture too but in 3.21 they made NPC ship pilots immortal (unless the ship blows up) so you can't steal them anymore. =/
