What is this place used for, people must of worked there, so where is the toilet/bathroom where did they go, its not hygenic to work with no toilet access.

Very nice property! So much space - everything is updated very well, the bathrooms are all quite nice and a laundry room with a washer and tumble dryer! Unheard of! 😂. Such a great area, too - I bet someone snaps this one up!
This seems waaaay overpriced (for Abruzzo) for what you get (or don’t get, as the case may be). I kept thinking… around the next turn, that’s when they’ll show a bathroom. Nope! Fabulous view - but not much character and in pretty rough condition in comparison to what I’ve seen you can get in this area and close by.
Unfortunately, there are several renovation and modernization works to be done, but once these are completed, the property could become invaluable given the views and location! The price seems high, but included with the house are a large number of plots of land, totaling many square meters.

Yes, a beautiful property for which a video tour was a must! We used a wide-angle lens to give more spatiality and provide greater vision of what is in front of us, so as to understand the spaces in the different areas and rooms well
The price refers not only to the house but also to the many lands available with the property underlying the house. There is a possibility that the owners could further reduce the price
