I don’t think many people know about this company. I found it accidentally. I’m I glad I did. I’m not a groomer. I’m a dog owner of two mutt poochons. They are 13 years old and I decided to groom them my selves. My reason is they are seniors and still pretty active, but they need patients in the grooming as they have their aches and pains etc. I like the products are for the dogs best interest. I like that these products need time to work. For me, this slows the bathing into a nice cleaning and massaging experience for my pets. The groomers were great, but my last time there, I felt they were rushing my dog and too much. I know this is not true of all groomers,but now my pets have a spa experience once a month with quality products. It makes grooming much easier. They feel great afterwards and want to run and play.
This woman is just making unsubstantiated claims left and right. I'm curious about your products but the fact you've released this interview with a woman who doesn't seem to understand how shampoo works makes me question the company altogether.
I'm looking forward to this class! I took it in 2019, but I'm taking it again to remind myself (after a concussion) and get some answers to questions I've run into since then!
I've been grooming 17 years and have skipped conditioning for so long because of the heaviness on the coat and the drying time. I use a leave on conditioning treatment that I spray on. This is such helpful info. What conditioner do I use that won't increase my dry time?
My dog keeps getting hot spots on her neck under her chin. She drools and I was thinking maybe it’s from that. I take her to the vet and they give her Cipro. It will go away but has been coming back. I was thinking of keeping a bandanna on her. She is in her third hot spot on her neck under her chin. Do you have any suggestions

I just bought some of your products for my hairless dog and I'm looking forward to trying them. I just wish they weren't so heavily scented! The Argan oil is lovely... I put a drop of it on my hands today and LOVE it... except for the scent. Thankfully, it did not last the whole day... but I do worry about putting fragranced products on my dogs, especially for the show ring since judges sometimes don't like that (and they are bathed right before the show, so it sticks to their hair/skin). Anyway... can't wait to try these products... Suzanne was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful in her recommendations!

Best shampoo , education, that I have ever used in my 34 years of grooming . So glad we went exclusively Iv San Bernard . It is a huge game changer the pets in are care think so to .
This looks like something that could be good even for people... Is it contraindicated for people...? I know that Ozone has no negative side effects and that it is used for several severe conditions very successfully... I can imagine how good the skin would feel after and how soft the hair would get without the fluoride and chlorine that the Ozone get out of the water .
Thanks for the video. I just started the Iv San Bernard program on my own dog who has severe dust and outdoor allergies. His effects his feet, but not his body. I've always conditioned his body and left him in a natural full coat. Thankfully I think that the constant moisturizers after bathing protected his body. I meet someone else with a dog that was having fur lose all over and skin infections, her dog's allergies were only about half as bad as mine according to our blood test results. I work as a groomer and always conditioned the dogs that I washed, I had fewer complaints about sudden onset skin issues post groom. After I took the class at Intergroom I realized that my liberal use of conditioner is probable the reason.
I wish i had of bought one tears ago,I just bought an ozone machine recently and love it!it kills all the mould which i used to get heaps of and kills all germs etc in the house so I know evthing is sanitized.im going to take a bath in it tonight and I will be bathing my dog in ozonated water too. Been meanin to bath in it but haven't done it yet but defo goin to try it later and this vid has defo helped me decide to go ahead and do it
