I have a question or two. Who is responsible for cleaning the outside windows that is inaccessible from the inside or balcony? I have seen a lot of condos for sale and noticed 9 out 10 the windows aren't clean. Will car park be part of the purchase of the condo or is it a separate purchase? How much is the strata fee per month?
Hello, thank you for your comment. The cleaning of the building's facade is managed by the Homeowners' Association / Building Maintenance. This unit also comes with 2 parking slots. No need for swimming pool.. dapat garden nlng sa likod at naglalakad naman ang tao di lumalangoy.., Karamihan sa mga property sinisingit yung pool kahit di naman bagay sa space para lng tumaas yung value ng property

I also dream of owning a bungalow home, especially since there are seniors in my family. On a side note, the cuts and transitions between every room are a bit confusing. However, aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed the house tour. I appreciate the design, the high ceilings, and the abundance of natural light that brightens up each room.
