Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) provides emergency cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the whole of Berkshire, from Langley in the east of the county to Lambourn in the west.
Berkshire includes one of Europe's busiest motorways, the M4, and includes heavily populated urban centres, such as Reading and Slough, as well as large rural areas. Last year, we answered around 14,000 emergency calls and attended around 6,300 incidents, including over 400 serious road traffic collisions.
Our role is much broader than dealing with emergencies and we work hard to prevent such incidents happening in the first place. Our crews and support staff work in the communities we serve to educate and raise awareness of how people can help to keep themselves safe from fire and other emergencies.
Hi Sir, How are you doing? Do you want an SEO specialist & RU-vid thumbnail designer to grow your channel? Anyway, Can we have a meeting to know more clearly? Thanks
Best of luck to Caius with his new-ish job. I have made a mental note not to drink and drive. Luckily I do not drink, so I don't expect this to be too difficult. Greetings from the Netherlands ^-^
Page 93 Amid it all, on the morning of 20 November, a spotlight being used for renovation work in the Queen's private chapel at Windsor Castle set fire to a curtain.
I have been BOTH a career AND volunteer Firefighter- Paramedic for over 35 years now and it has been such a rewarding life-style. Both of my sons are volunteer Firefighters also and hope to go full time career in the near future as well. Giving back to your community like this is the best feeling in the world next to being a parent.
Disgraceful that Dee Road Fire Station was Closed to make way for this Station with all the Building going in in Central Reading to take a vital Station away and replace it with one several miles away is stupid. Also I still recon if Dee Road Fire Station had not been closed down then on the night of that serious Flat fire just off Grovelands Road in Reading then there would have been a Fire appliance on scene very very quick and the out come would have been very very different and probably no loss of life.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ovU4e8Cfreg.html DO WATCH LATEST INFO Coronavirus maybe came out of a lab also bioweapon mentioned and sharing of human DNA info shared being a danger spoken in meeting
One wonders if this was conducted outside if the results would be different...based on oxygen levels within certain buildings etc. There are a lot of variables that are not being considered in this test which kind of makes it questionable.
Give it some real thought, because it’s a real commitment did 36 years in West Sussex ,was commonly known as part time, and part time it certainly isn’t!a good window in beco whole time
@@dylan931 a lot of brigades allow a transfer but you will not get a free pass to the wholetime. You normally have to do a transfer interview plus fitness tests again.
@@greghone6421 oh it's a serious question? Then let me answer it for you. Around 96% of the UK fire service are white. Not far off that are male. I would strongly suggest that showing these two was an effort to get more representation in the force. Screw them right?

They do help if you have Dyslexia I have Dyslexia and I’ve now been in for seventeen years now and for eight of them I’ve been a crew commander but you do need proof that you do have Dyslexia and once they gave it then they will support you through all the tests. Don’t do what I did and put it off because of a disability go for it if you fail the first time like I did dust your self off and have another go and you never know you will pass like I did and I’ve never looked Back since but never let a disability get in the way of something you want to do it’s one of life’s challenges that you can overcome good luck with what you choose
Struggled with this I could get through but I'm 6'4 117kg and with all the bits on was ludicrously tight. Must be impossible for people 120-30kg and over 6'5. I'm interested if anyone has completed it at that size?
