Your welcome Chris...it was a good starting point for me. Later on I learn about mantras. When I first started, I couldn't meditate without music. Now I can basically do it anywhere.
I wish they would teach this more. I remember I had to read a book for class and it talked about how we should learn to fail faster because we would learn faster too. If we aren't failing, we aren't pushing ourselves enough. We have been taught that it's bad to fail when it really isn't. That's why I liked that quote.
