It all looks great, and makes sense...except the sour cream. You lost me on that one. The extra crispy bacon, the shredded sharp cheddar, the seasoning...yes yes yes...the sour cream?? No idea where that fits in.
great way to get burned cheese. Send bacon through the meat grinder with whatever cut of meat you are using if you want bacon throughout the burger in this way.
