The community meals where all are welcome at the table and the reality of epigenetics in a positive sense generationally are powerful components Munpreet's life creating community. How Munpreet experiences all of that in addition to the meaningful experience of her mother's death is a testament to the possibilities inherent in goodness. Also, some of what her mother taught her about "right" reaction to the behavior of others reminded me of the Toltec based Four Agreements popularized by Don Miguel Ruiz and The Eightfold Path of Buddhism. The reality for a great many of my college students is quite different. They have often experienced trauma that has been epigenetically handed down to them for generations. They've likely grown up at tables closed to others by ignorance, fear and the loathing taught to them. Still, when given the opportunity to live a new reality, I am constantly amazed and renewed by their resiliency. They leave me with the gift of Hope.

Deathless. This letter is a rather unusual one. I am still under the spell, mesmerized, hypnotized, and in a deep trance after keeping myself glued to the TV set watching and listening, and experiencing evert aspect of the passing, and death and Funeral Queen Elizabeth II Monarch of the United Kingdom. I am feeling more deeply than I realized the loss be it reminds me of the death and passing of my own dearest mother in 1983. Mother dear, was the last person in our small immediate family to pass away. No one in our small immediate family has died since 1983, 39 years ago. I find myself experiencing the deep sorrow, the grief and bereavement that one experiences with the loss of someone love so deeply and profoundly. My beloved brother is also deceased. He died prematurely at the age of 24. There was only the three of us who migrated from Houston, Texas following the death of my beloved father. Our pain, our shock. our suffering, our anguish, our heartbreak, our gloom and depression and our melancholy of often inconsolable and overwhelming at such times. For we know that we shall never again see our beloved ones again in this life. We want the dead to longer with us, and we delay, move very slowly to put them in cold ground, we create elaborate ceremonies and rituals, and drama, because we are still in disbelief and we just will not let them go to their final rest. We are spoiled, and petulant children refuse to led the dead go so cavaliely from this mortal plane and travel across to the other side of the veil that separates the living from the dead. If you see through their eyes, through the eyes of royalty, "approved" is the King's prerogative. As commoners, we don't have the prerogative to approve or disapprove what royalty does politically. On the otherhand, the King of England is also the head of the church. A a commoners, I tend to see the world through my own eyes, with my own limitations. But commoners don't share the same privilege and prerogative as royalty, and royalty does not share the limitations of commoners. That's the way I have explained it to myself. I have decided not to have a personal opinion because it really isn't my fight. There is a lot of distance, difference between American law and politics, and British law and politics. The social infrastructure in the UK 🇬🇧 is very different from American, the general and over all expectations in life are univer very different, cognitively Americans and British people have a great deal that is unshared spiritually, culturally, theologically, psychologically, socially, humanly, temporally, physically, morally, traditionally, historically, linguistically, lifestyles, cuisine, fashion, literature, art, architecture, music. Really, I have all I can do to keep body and soul organized in my own backyard. From a very practical point of view Jesus Christ gave the answer two thousand years ago 🙏 it's in the New Testament. Eisenhower) about the Clandestine, covert networks of misfeasors, criminal deviants, sociopathic, eccentric and exotic criminals, well organized, and well funded, and well connected and protected within our USA political infrastructure, military structure, and social structure, whose obsession it is to target an American household, or small business or personality for "protection" but on the otherhand, then to proceed to swallow up, digest and spit out that household as waste to be trampled underfoot. I Protest the very existence of this combination neo-Fascist neo-socialist, neo-communist scheme which is now targeting me and my family for wreck, ruin, extermination, and genocide. I protest. I oppose this scheme. I oppose this tradition. I oppose this custom. I oppose this scheme. I oppose this plan. I oppose this strategy. I oppose this heritage. I hate the attention. I hate the casualties. The actors and players wished for me to become alarmed, afraid, and panic as a method of "managing me or handling me or over ruling me, or thecoverseer role, or the take-role, or the "we are in charge-role, or the facilitator roll, or the subversive activity role, or the Espionage roll, or the Sedition role.
