Such a tough track. 70+ turns, narrow track, brutal curbs. Raced last night on this track. I used the Levorg. It is fantastic on tires. Got a 2nd place. Went 2 laps hard, 2 laps hard. I never got to minor wear! External hard drive was being a brat so couldn't record.

@@DJ_Herm I've suddenly been getting all sorts of recording issues on my Xbox. If I leave it for a while it just stops recording or it corrupts them. Screenshots are fine though. Have to reformat the drive and restart the Xbox before it works again. It's starting to get a bit annoying tbh.

If you're asking why I use the braking line, it's because I have terrible eyesight.

@@michaelhogue229 I use ABS. No other assists. I have been using track limit markers lately. I use a Logitech G920 wheel.

How do you report? I thought a while back I read somewhere how to report, however that was before replay was fixed.

@@DJ_Herm OK so it's a little convoluted but tbh you've already done most of the actual legwork by recording and uploading your race here. Also these instructions assume you're doing this on a computer. Trying this on a phone might not be so "simple". So the first step is to create a clip of the incident with the clip button at the bottom right below the video itself. Make sure to include any build up and cover the entire incident from first hit to the consequences for you. You could cut the original video to just the incident but it's a bit more hassle and the report form is pretty much broken for large files (over 50MB) so using the RU-vid clip thing is easier imo. You could also just sent a link to the video itself going to the relative bit of the race (when you click the share button there's a little checkbox that you can tick to say "Start at...". e.g. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SPGabiCiozw.htmlsi=vxL1yJQoxqjSGWgV&t=322 (Note, that link might not actually work properly because youtube knows it's a link to this video so might convert it just to a timestamp) But again, the clips are likely easier for them to use because they automatically loop. I's (uppercase i) and l's (lowercase L) etc. Basically search their GT to make sure you get it right. Give a little story detailing your opinion of what happened in the incident. I don't know if that makes any difference tbh but I don't see it hurting - I think of it as a victim statement :) Paste the clip link into the description field of the form with your sob story. I have never tried the replay method so I don't know how that works but I believe you save it, tell them the date and name of the replay and at what time in the race the incident happened. As I say though I've never tried it - mostly because I've never had a replay actually save properly. Just a final heads up, they're seriously overloaded (or understaffed) and reports are taking the best part of a month to be processed.

@@DJ_Herm Below is my playlist of races where I've reported one or more players. In all of them except 1 (iirc) they where either banned or their one and only warning was used up. They do tell you if they take action or not, just not what action they take. @@DJ_Herm I would still try. Just cause people wouldn’t watch someone get rammed and not get podium. It would be one thing if u meant to show just the ram but the whole race to place not even 10th isn’t content

@@lukepetrinko4831 s/91. 450 hours of gameplay since launch I’ve come to realize that the rating system sucks. I get rammed to b rating and 85 and in like two races I go back to s/91. Such an easy game.

You know, I try to race clean but it seems "the nice guy finishes last". The selfish drivers know they can "push to pass", even though it ruins the other driver's race. The penalty system is still broken. In touring cars I regularly finish top 5. GT Spec is a different animal. More horse power, less grip and people can't control their cars. On top of that, I'm not that good. Trying to improve with practice, tuning, watching other channels, Rivals, etc...

@@DJ_Herm Yeah. IMO it's the mix of "sim" minded players and "arcade" minded players at issue here. I can't see a sim minded player doing what this one did and just keeping going whereas the arcade player rationalises that because it was an accident, it doesn't matter. It's true though, the faster the cars, the worse this problem gets simply because everything is faster so more mistakes happen.
