I just bought a smartwatch for myself and I loved it because it measures different states of my health. When I woke up next to me was my life partner, my dog, and I thought it would be great to know how he slept, if he needs more water, if he should go out more. play, I love the idea of using AI to better understand what's going on with him.
Amazingly exciting dynamic. High reliance on trust relationship building and workspaces instead of workplaces . Interesting autonomy might lead to more productivity and ambassadorship
Thank you so much for your hard work! 😊 Just a small off-topic question: 😅 I found these words 😅. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). I’d be grateful for some help. 🙌
I think we are all chasing a mirage AI is practically not there as yet it's only a language model that can not still be relied as it's of no use without moderation All I see is that ai will standarise communication and knowledge at some point and beyond that there seems no major change We are pulling swords where it's a needle required. HR will melt with IT creating HRIT and recruitment and training will be the only work left for these department AHALTS already is offering all things discussed here off the shelf. The presentation is great but apprehensions are exagerrated
I worked at Harley Davidson when this guy showed up. He ruined the place. This guy is the absolute worst thing that can happen to any employee or company. He laid off 60% of the work force and replaced them with temps. No health care, no paid holidays, no vacations, etc. Lives were ruined, families broke up, people lost everything. His management is nothing short of financial terrorism. Threatening to move a factory is not bargaining in good faith. IMHO this man is a monster and and is hated by everyone I know.
Im working on solving the hidden people problem that reflects in all that HR does. You both are dead on with the pieces of the puzzle. However, the problem is an unseen one. It's simply Human Incivility. We just need some KPIs and extensive test runs on the observations. Ive had my eye on it for the last 9 years while transforming my own version of the "Future of Work." It won't be easy, but leaders won't be able to avoid restructuring for very long. It has to happen soon
This is one of those fake sports that almost nobody does in real life. She should have gone into kayaking or rowing. Those are real sports that have a high level. This canoe sport is just a joke to get easy medals. A bit like racewalking.
Very good discussion regarding Strategic Intelligence - the key to business risk and resilience. This is truly an area that Financial companies need to spend more time developing. I especially appreciated the part about not working in silos.
