Both the brothers are big time liars, please DO NOT give them the contract for interiors. They have taken 6 months of our time to do a 600 sq feet house but the irony is they have not completed the work and left it halfway and have taken all the money from us. Both of them claim to do a lot of things and give fake promises on timelines, but have NEVER done anything they claim. Their finishing is PATHETIC, there are glue marks everywhere, polishing was done very badly, furniture work is also pathetic. When we ask them to rectify things they keep saying aadmi bhejta hu, but no worker really comes. For all the pending work we have to remind them a minimum of 10 times amd then they would send somebody to do one thing out of 10, they even stopped coming on the site towards the end. All their workers incl carpenter, painter, electrician, plumber used to complain that they dont pay us amd hence we avoid coming to work. They had only given us 2 workers initially, and till the end there were only 2 workers working at our flat, because of which none of the timelines were met and when we asked them to increase the number of workers they used to come up with various reasons. Both the brothers dont have any sense of talkng to clients, they are just trying to mint money and cheat their clients, they dont have any work ethics, no coordination between them, there is no right system of working. Most of the times they themselves dont have answers as to why something went wrong from their end. They are also very clever as they do everything verbally with clients, there is no written proof of the work we decide in the beginning and then later on once the quotation is given they keep rejecting the work we had decided in the beginning. They even lied to us aboout a lot of civil work that was included in our initial comversation by saying that the society wont approve if we break this wall and very easily we trusted them thinking that they know better but all they were trying to do was lessen the amount of work so that it fits into the quotation they gave us. They told us that we cant make wardrobes till the loft, we cant put a slab under the sink in the bathroom cause the tole might break, and later when we saw their videos of other peoples houses of the same society all these things were made in their house.
