I found it really ironic that you zoomed in on sea ray boat shop. My grandfather worked there for many years as a mechanic. Then he became lead mechanic. Then was about to become the number 2 in the company before he was struck down by cancer. Now it's a RV joint. Sad. But it's fun watching these old clips. Brings back childhood memories. Vegas has certainly changed since then. Seeing the Mirage when it was still young. My mother working there since its opening. I think in march of 91 here she was just starting out at the dolphin pond after working as a maid. Again so many memories.
This was the best air show I have ever been to. It was held over 2-3 days and I went everyday. I remember the AN124 flying so low over Richmond and I believe the pilot was grounded after it. I remember the Spitfire MkVIII propeller hitting the ground on taxi to the strip. I remember Tornadoes, F15s , F111s a B52 fly by. Great show. Thanks for posting
