Well said Alford, It also looks crazy to me as well. Free luxurious cars to 90 chiefs... it just smells like bribery and corruption. This is something other countries do as hush money under the table... but to make an honourable speech to the world saying they are proud to be wasting millions that could be invested in creating jobs...
