If you buy e.g. a $1 backpack expander from the Mann Co Store in game, you'll have a "premium" account (if you don't already have that). Then just say in game chat "I'm having trouble with this pyro contract" and half the time somebody on the enemy team will be happy to help you finish them quickly. Also, the jetpack "extinguish" contract is easy: have somebody on YOUR team be soldier with the CowMangler - they can right-click in spawn to set themselves on fire, then you just jetpack next to them to extinguish.
