@@TeamTeamCycling thank you. I'm interested in doing the same. It's a great way to move the sport forward. Thank you for your valuable time. Is the gopro able to connect to youtube or facebook live during an event?
"are we racing yet?" "I made a bad move..." I also made some questionable race decisions this day. always good to see you at races love to see the footage
I think it was the right move to go up the road. 2 of the strongest guys and the only real team in the break with you could have gotten dangerous. Enough of the pack realized the danger pretty quick but only a few more seconds of hesitation and that gap could have blown up. You can see me get gapped off the wheel as part of the chase right before we sweep you up.
I knew as long as no big attacks went on the start/finish road I could catch back if I kept a steady, solid pace. Sam and Eleven-11 (11-eleven? 11-11?) guy got almost caught up right at turn 1 but I think Sam couldn't end up closing the last few lengths.
@@TeamTeamCycling Unfortunately I had a crash during training a week before the race and had to pull out, but all good, was able to get back on the bike this Tuesday. Congrats on 2nd that's awesome.
Why didn't you just keep going when you attacked on the first lap though? Like once you got in front, just stay in front? Or maybe go faster until you caught up to the back of the field?
Haha man. That was one of those times where I saw it but didn't want to make any sudden movements to make anything worse and just accepted my fate. Luckily it didn't cause any incidents
I was the rider in the black/yellow 3rvs kit in front of you. Some dude dropped it when we hit one of those brick crosswalks, the bottle bounced right off my front wheel lmao scared the shit out of me.
thanks for uploading! for having raced earlier in the day, mostly by yourself in the wind, you and the other guys held on pretty well. This race was extremely tough. Nice Job!
The competition at this year's TBC was nuts. Seems like just about everyone was dialed into their A-game and in great form. There was a lot of sandbagging in CAT 4/5 for sure.
Some serious watts were pushed out in the desert. Just means for us mortals we gotta be on our game 100% of the time. One little lapse in urgency was all it took to lose contact in this race.
Haha. Not sure if you listened with sound but as I mentioned to that guy next to me we did a pre ride Friday. I was able to take almost that same line and make it thru without unclipping so I figured another full send was in store.
