With 15+ years as a professional photographer for the automotive publishing industry, I created Eyes on Classics as a photography and video service to aid people in selling their classics cars. We also put "eyes" on classic cars in the Pacific Northwest if you are interesting in purchasing a vehicle, and would like an enthusiast to take a look at the car in person. We also offer magazine feature quality photography for anyone who would like immortalize their car in photos.
I had one VW Käfer 1200 cc 1965 model I drove from Munich to leoben over Salzburg pass control. What a reliable car even in frozen winter it starts with ease and internal heating was just great... So simple to tune the engine and do maintenance with few tools in my car. I love its sound and the cozy feeling inside the VW Käfer.
Great job on this build. I love the restoration pics at the end. I have a 62 Double cab I'm restoring. Its a ton of work, but it's my dream project. I hope you succeed in selling yours. How wide are your Fuchs? I just got a set of compomotive mesh wheels for mine that are 15x7. I did my research, but I am still wondering if that's too wide, especially for the front... anyways just curious on your ride. Good luck!
