I made an f-14ish plane. It had canards because ksp put the center of lift too far back, but otherwise looked like an f14. F-14 active tomcat? Like the active eagle? If you don’t know what that is check it out, pretty cool
This is a very old video. I would strongly recommend instead using the CKAN mod manager: github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN/releases It handles dependencies and conflicts automatically with rare exceptions. You're very unlikely to encounter a problem if you use it instead of doing things manually.
I don't remember. If they are, it's part of the Waterfall mod: forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/topic/196309-112x-waterfall-a-framework-for-continuous-mesh-driven-engine-effects-aug-2/ That's the only mod I've ever used that does such effects. Apologies for taking a few weeks to reply. I should check comments more often.
As a space nerd and a fan of rockets My ideal outcome for this would be it being very difficult to manufacture the kind of purity you need to make LK99 work on a planetary body so just like medical drugs getting a higher purity and a zero g environment perhaps we'll see the onslaught of small manufacturing on orbit startups take a look at LK99 for zero g manufacturing
@@guard13007 i remember seeing one tweet from a space manufacturer startup saying they dont fly science they fly products. So perhaps in the future we might see it
Shortly after publishing, I found another source claiming that the initial paper shows resistance at the lowest point being indistinguishable from normal metals... in other words, the presented graphs are actually at a scale that makes them meaningless.
@@guard13007 Whats amazing is the hype that is being displayed by various channels and people like as if it is already a reality. So far as I can see, no one has been successful in replicating and achieving the claimed superconductivity. Part of me was hoping i was wrong with my scepticism.
@@jayytee8062You'd be shocked how many channels exist just to make a profit by making up complete nonsense. Like, at least this has some possibility rather than being certainly fake from the beginning.
Since 2 sucks this *kinda* makes me wanna reinstall 1. Then come all the mods and the eternal struggle for the balance of mod compatibility, crashing and whatnot...
It’s okay to release a buggy mess in Early Access. What’s NOT okay is to charge 83% of full price for your buggy mess. This isn’t close to 83% of the final content. This EA title should’ve been $15, increasing as the quality and quantity increases.
Check it out again, IMO its much better now :) I dont think its purely a money grab as the devs genuinely allready improved alot and its genuinely fun to play now, maybe give it time :)
I believe you are probably right, but it's unacceptable to have started with this. (Behind the scenes, personal tragedy has prevented me from being in the right state of mind to look into this again.)
