I'm Nina Berenato, a jewelry designer based in Austin, TX. I bootstrapped my way from a mobile shop inside a 1959 Airstream Bambi to a brick and mortar storefront in Austin's biggest shopping district. I believe in American Handmade and Woman Made and have made it my mission to prove that it is still possible to thrive as a craftswoman and maker in the modern world.
I've been making jewelry and teaching traditional metalsmithing for 11 years and I've had the opportunity to create custom jewelry for celebrities like, Beyonce, Lizzo, Alicia Keys and Billie Eilish.
As my business grows, I still stay super focused, everything I do is with one goal in mind, to uplift my community, support other women, and make the world better. I can't wait to share my knowledge about the fashion industry, small business, and my take on life as a female entrepreneur!

@@NinaBerenato I'm sorry, but you don't have a good grasp of grammar. ..women who can't use critical thinking = there are some that can and some that can't. ..women, who can't use critical thinking = all women. Why don't you go back and read it again and try work out which one I used?
@@NinaBerenato You need to understand what a relative clause is. How do you get by without a basic understanding of writing? Good luck with your studies, babes. 😂
@@NinaBerenato I have made you a little quiz to help improve your basic reading comprehension skills. 1. My brother who lives in London loves music. 2. My brother, who lives in London, loves music. Which sentence sounds as though I have more than one brother? If you can work that out, you may be halfway there to comprehending the first comment. Best of luck to you in what must be a daily challenge. 🙏
A uterus 😂... It really did pass as a Aries pendant, though. Love it! This is such a fun idea! I'm up in Washington state, so I'm not sure what types of thrift stores you guys have down there. But if you have Goodwill, I'd love to see what you can find and make. I've found some interesting stuff 😅. How about making a set with a theme from what you find, ie: ring, pendant, bracelet or earrings? ❤✌️
Fun idea. Looking forward to the next episode! You are much braver about fumes from unknown materials than i am (or have a much better ventilation system)! Feeling inspired tho so you never know - maybe I'll be braver.
