Saying that Pete don't use a chainsaw any more is like saying that the sun don't rise in the morning. Pretty soon you will be back to normal as it is possible to be.👍👍👍👍👍
Whether you're sitting in the cab, or on the ground bent over you're still whacking trees with the same two hands, and your using the same mind to make the decision on what to do with each tree. So what's the difference, other than work smarter not harder. And there's no difference in my opinion. Why easy, one you physically put forth more effort that way, but the other you have to find jobs suited to the equipment, and they have to pay more to support the equipment, fuel, and everything associated with the increase in overhead. In turn you find that you're putting more hours on the equipment everyday compared to the boots on the ground, and you gotta hustle harder to keep jobs lined up to pay the bills. So what's the difference either way you work harder one way or the other, you can apply this to pretty much every trade out there. Pay the hands or pay the operators. Do it how it fits your needs, and don't be embarrassed because things change for everyone eventually. Take er easy Pete,slow n steady wins in the long haul every time
Pete, I’m just glad that you’re back (some) on the saw. Don’t worry about that saw pinch because it happens to EVERYONE! I’m just glad that nothing negative happened as a result. 👍

🤣🤣 Thanks...Pete! I needed at good laugh this morning! It is always the junk ones (trees and chains) that cause all the issues! Feels like fall outside this morning. Do you still hunt whitetails??
