Damn in my opinion this is what makes a band great, talent and presence! Never seen them live but I’ve ran into each member before lol I’ll see them live on their final tour
I used to skateboard there every weekend with my brother. I was 12 years old at the time. I’m 44 years old now. This video brings back so many memories. Thanks for sharing.
I've seen a lot of vids of Green Day playing live, including many from this era, and of them all, this really sounds the most like the classic early 90's Green Day that I grew up on and loved. I'm getting ready to see them live this summer for the first time and I don't imagine that they would sound nearly as good as this, but I would only hope.
This must’ve been one of the last performances Green Day played in a small club like this. Right around when Dookie was released. After that they started hitting the radio festivals and became the biggest band in the world.
I was at that show. I believe our band played there the weekend before with Deftones. Maybe it was the week after…. My memory from the 90s well, lots of mind altering substances back then lol
NOFX really did have hilarious, topical and hard hitting lyrics. All three. My first album that my older sis gave me was a NOFX album and that influenced my music taste all the way until now. This is why Blink 182 > Green Day Cheers

Is good to see them how young and full of energy these guys were. But is more amazing that they have been together playing as a band until now, that takes a lot of dedication, heart and passion as an artist and best of all they are still having fun playing together. Thanks for the video!!
