U don’t even cook the veggies properly …. I know stir fry is enough by it u hardly left it there for a min . Esp carrots will be very raw . The Color is wat we see, thankfully we don’t get to taste it

She used Olive oil, which is high is Omega 3 and essential nutrients. Oil also helps body absorb fat-soluble vitamins. If she had used refined oil, then it would have been a problem. But Olive oil is very healthy.
