Title will be very misunderstood by we in the USA. Just so others know, garden here is apparently used in the British meaning, which to us is "yard". Not vegetable garden, which is what most ( rural & sm. town, anyway) Americans think of when one says "garden" .

The Case-IH merger killed all the Hydro utility tractor models. Never seen since in a farm tractor in that size and no other maker did it. Now, most lawn mowers and compact tractors up to 40 HP have hydro trannys, and all combines for flexible ground speed and constant engine speed. But hydro tractors were just not the right thing for heavy duty all-day pulling of implements, like plows. They were either too inefficient or the hydraulics could overheat.

In the late 1980's, I lived a few houses away from Peggy. We met many times, and I also saw and was stunned by her garden. I never seen anything like it since. I was stationed at Bentwaters and it was just fun getting to know her. A delightful woman.
