It’s interesting to learn that cults are global and not just a USA issue. Which I guess I should not be surprised since people are filling a human need which is universal.
Or a really weird Korean food episode. I had a friend from Korea, super cool guy I used to work with and he said he used to eat dog pen@s dipped in soju because he said "makes strong like man" 😂

We have civil defense drills in Taiwan every year too. But we just need to stay inside, or if you are outside driving, you need to park and stay in place for 30mins during the drill. BTW, You have a typhoon headed your way... a tsunami would be much scarier!
@@chrisandyeji Seriously enough... you can get a ticket if you are driving around during the drill period. They want the roads clear for training, sometimes army trucks and ambulances do drills. They have traffic monitors and police at major intersections who will pull you over. Most ppl just stay at home/in office.

@@Drownedinblood Fincher actually pulled off something of a miracle given the constant script changes and the interference going on. Just look at what is happening with the scrapbook filmmaking going on today with Marvel and Lucasfilm. I found A3 pretty interesting despite no new ground being broken as far as the lore and myth which seems to be getting some backlash today- leave the mystery a mystery and don't try to explain it. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. I liked the Alt Version better with the Xeno bursting out of the Ox vs the dog. I would like to see Ridley's AWAKENINGS just to complete that arc. IMO, both Prometheus and Covenant are fixable to eliminate the idiot choices being made by the characters. I am wondering how and why the writers and Ridley not see and fix this issue. The same death results could have been had if those people acted "smarter". Granted they don't know they are in an Alien film, but they are in space in dire situations which suggests they need to act smarter than they did.
The Tv show makers have zero communication or interaction with Fede Alvarez and the making of this film.. also the show is set decades before in 2090..

My sister who lives in a small town in Arkansas (USA) told me that this 80 yr old mans son told his father he shouldn't drive anymore & he hid his father's car keys. The father was upset about that so when he wanted to go to the grocery store, he drove their golf cart on the country highway & was pulled over by the police- lol True story

Koreans have identity problems. They don't have words for Sushi Sashimi. Japanese culture is strong in Korea. Koreans love to use the Japanese transliteration for many descriptions including "Ramen" instead of their own words.....copy cat culture.
So many modern buildings such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and even game arcades right close to the beach! The restaurant you had sushi, sashimi, and fried squid looks nice. They have some Japanese whiskey, too!
