If you have ever tried to wade through the free QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor training from Intuit, you know that the volume of material is overwhelming, the concepts are confusing, it seems to take forever, and it simply does not adequately prepare you to take the certification test. And if you don’t pass the test after 3 tries, you get locked out for 60 days.
That’s 60 days lost of building your business.
This course changes all that. We call it “Fast & Easy” for a reason, and it’s 100% guaranteed!
when receiving the next bills we will keep decreasing that Vendor Prepayment account until it becomes 0, after that we just follow the normal workflow when we receive a bill and pay it. is that right?
So, I am confused now as well with what the next step is. You just removed income from the Sales of Product Income account. If you ran the P&L before the account had $912 in it for YTD. Now that we ran those deposts out with the -$2062.52 we've made that account negative on the P&L. I know this is an example, but how do we need to correct the negative on the P&L that was just created? Its showing -$1,149.77. Should we maybe have looked closer that the 2 transactions to see where they were charged to on the income side, and then removed the respective balances from those income accounts vs just blanketly takeing them from the sales of products account?
Thank You!!! While going through the Advanced ProAdvisor Course, the information starts to jumble. This tutorial video clarifies the steps the program takes us through. I recommend your video to anyone trying to complete the QBO Advanced Certification. The directions are clear and not loquacious. And a big ++ for not interrupting the demo to sale your services multiple times. Again... thank you!
Mam, for handling two branch a/cs of the same client in QB, do we have to subscribe separately. Or in one subscription, how to record? Could u kindly clarify me this please.... Tqu Tqu
I don't know what you mean by "branch a/cs." It sounds like you may be able to use locations in this instance. We have some videos on that. If you need additional help, you can reach out to one of our bookkeepers at www.booksmatch.us.
